The Charlottesville Women’s Choir sings primarily a cappella music from a variety of cultural traditions; our themes include women’s issues, the environment, justice, equality and peace.  We also sing some songs because they touch our hearts and a few songs that are just for fun.

The music we will sing for the upcoming choir season is chosen by a committee of choir members each summer.  Various members of the choir volunteer to teach and direct the different pieces of music in our repertoire.
